Notice of Nominees for Public Office

 

Notice Is Hereby Given that the following persons have been nominated for the offices designated to be filled at the General Municipal Election to be held in the City of Manteca on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.

The nomination period for the office of members of the City Council for Districts 1 and 2 opens at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, July 15, 2024, and closes at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, August 9, 2024. If nomination papers for an incumbent officer of the City are not filed by August 9, 2024, the nomination period for non-incumbent candidates for that office will be extended to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 14, 2024. Please Note this extension is not applicable for this election as there is no incumbent eligible to be elected.

All nomination papers must be obtained from the Manteca City Clerk, City Hall, 1001 W. Center St., Suite G, Manteca, CA 95337 during the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
