ZONING ORDINANCE:
Title (Chapter) 17 of the Manteca Municipal Code is the volume of local laws covering aspects of land use, development, land use and development permitting, and aspects of code enforcement.  These are Manteca’s specific rules to ensure the best overall quality of life in the Family City for those who live or run a business in Manteca. It’s also the largest section of the Manteca Municipal Code, as it covers many possible uses and situations.
