Who are the Manteca Planning Commission, and what do they do?
The Planning Commission is an appointed body responsible for the administration of the Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Ordinance, and General Plan, and the review of Zoning and Development project applications. The Commission is made up of five members and one alternate. All are required to be full-time residents and registered voters in Manteca. Manteca’s Planning Commissioners serve a four-year term.

Planning Commission Meetings
Planning Commission meetings take place on the first and third Thursday evening of every month, at 6:00 pm, in the City of Manteca Council Chambers at 1001 W. Center Street, Manteca. These meetings are open to the public and public participation, and are held in accordance with the guidelines of the Brown Act for public meetings. You are welcome to attend and participate!
