Emergency Loans from SBA
The Small Business Association (SBA) has a list of resources providing affordable, timely, and accessible financial assistance to businesses of all sizes, private non-profit organizations, homeowners, and renters following disasters.

Small Business Assistance Grants 
The City of Manteca periodically provides grants to local small businesses for improvements.  Click the link above to see any current offerings.

San Joaquin County Sparks Utility Grant
The San Joaquin County Spark Relief Grant Program provides up to $5,000 in reimbursements for utility expenses to help small businesses in San Joaquin County recover from the financial impacts of COVID-19. The program is designed to strengthen local economic resilience by easing operational costs for eligible businesses. Grants are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to small, locally owned businesses that were operating prior to 2020, have 50 or fewer employees, and can demonstrate financial harm resulting from the pandemic.

San Joaquin SBDC
As part of the Northern California Small Business Development Center (SBDC) program, San Joaquin SBDC focuses on advising small business clients located in the San Joaquin SBDC network coverage area. They offer startup assistance, advising, funding, training, and industry information.

Manteca Chamber of Commerce
The Manteca Chamber of Commerce's role is to protect, improve, and promote local businesses. They provide businesses with friendships, professional and social development, and networking opportunities.

Manteca Education & Training Center (METC)
The METC offers a variety of skills training and career path development courses. Teaching both soft skills and technical skills, they offer ways for business owners to upskill their workforces.

Technology Solutions to Aid Business

CodeStack
CodeStack is a software engineering and media department focused on web, mobile, and software application development; graphic and multimedia design; and video production. CodeStack works exclusively with public agencies across the nation and has developed over 20 SaaS (software-as-a-service) applications used by over 5,000 school districts nationwide.
