REQUEST FOR DEVELOPER SOLICITATION, MARKETING, AND TRANSACTION ADVISORY SERVICES
The City of Manteca (“City”) is seeking a qualified consultant team to lead a comprehensive developer solicitation, marketing, and transaction advisory process for Manteca’s Family Entertainment Zone (“FEZ”), a +/- 150-acre, City-owned property located along State Route 120, adjacent to Manteca’s Big League Dreams Stadium and north of Great Wolf Lodge.
The selected consultant will support the City in identifying and securing a qualified development partner that aligns with Manteca’s economic development goals and long-term vision for the site, while ensuring a timely and effective developer selection process and conveyance of the FEZ property.
The selected consultant will:
- Position and market the site to national and regional developers;
- Generate competitive interest;
- Manage a formal solicitation process;
- Support developer selection, negotiations, and deal execution.
